Real payments are not active
Real payments are not currently active in ExamLab. The current platform should not be used to collect real money from users.
Simulated payments
The current checkout flow is simulated for development and beta testing. Creating a simulated order does not mean that money was charged.
Refund rules will be finalized later
Refund rules and paid access terms will be finalized before real payments or subscriptions are launched.
Access issues
If you have a package access or test order issue, contact support so the access state can be reviewed.
